Restoration and Adaptive Re-use of Historic Mill Building
Daniela Moebius played an integral part on the team in the design process for this project. DM contributed in surveying of the existing structure, floor plan layout, mechanical/ electrical coordination with engineering consultants and in the construction documentation process.
This project transformed a worn, historic mill building dating to the late 1800’s into an adapted apartment building, housing (42) one, two, and three bedroom apartments, community and service areas. As a NHFFA funded project with Historic Tax Credits, energy efficiency standards, ADA requirements, as well as historic restoration standards were integrated into the design documents.
