Energy Efficiency Upgrades
Building Automation System Upgrades played an important role in obtaining energy avoidance.
Energy Efficiency Upgrades
Daniela was an integral part of the team that put together the Retrocommissioning Report that analyzed 15 buildings on the NLON SUBASE to target avoiding more than 24,000 MMBTU of annual energy consumption. She was later hired by Coastal Environmental Group to project manage the design-build process of (8) buildings' energy construction repairs. Building automation systems integration, mechanical system upgrades, and retro-commissioning were implemented in order to provide the contract-required energy avoidance to NAVFAC. An LED lighting retrofit, as well as a lighting upgrade using new LED fixtures, were analyzed and designed for future implementation.
